How do I take your products?
Please follow the instructions listed on each bottle and on our website.
Take 1 capsule daily, at any time of the day.
You may take the capsules with or without food.
Please note: Dr. Sebi Seamoss/Plus supports natural energy, so we recommend taking it earlier in the day rather than at night.

Can I take all your products at the same time?
Yes. You may take our products together, including Dr. Sebi Seamoss/Plus, Male Balance, Detox, Fat Burner, Bitters, and other recommended supplements.
All products may be taken at the same time, with or without food, and at any time of the day.
Please note: Dr. Sebi Seamoss/Plus supports natural energy, so we recommend taking it in the morning rather than at night.
Can I take 2 Dr. Sebi Seamoss capsules?
Our Dr. Sebi Seamoss/Plus supports natural energy.
You may take up to 2 capsules per day, however we do not recommend exceeding this amount.
Because it provides natural energy support, we suggest taking it earlier in the day rather than at night.
I have a difficult time swallowing pills.
You may open the capsules and pour the minerals into food or water.
How many pills come in a bottle?
30 or 40 capsules (Varies per product).
How soon will I see results?
Within 24-48 hours. You must change your diet to achieve desired results. We suggest eating salad, water, fruit for 7 days especially if you are detoxing.
Do I need to eat healthy while taking your products?
For the best results, we recommend eating on a plant-based diet. If you have a specific illness or weight loss goals to achieve, you must follow our Eating Guide to achieve the desired results.
Avoid: Dairy, eggs, coffee, meat, fast food, hybrid foods.

Are there any side effects?
No, all of our products are made with herbs and minerals.
How do I Detox naturally?
We recommend you fast for seven days while taking the Detox Package. We suggest you eat only salad, water and fruit for 7 days. For the best results you can purchase any of our Detox Packages on the Shop page. Please refer to our Eating Guide. Drink 1 gallon of water per day.
Avoid alcohol & tobacco use during the detox process.
Is there Biotin in the Hair, Skin & Nails?
No, all products are made with herbs and minerals.
What should I eat to stay healthy?
Stay away from processed food, soy, and hybrid foods. Drink plenty of Spring water. Please refer to the Eating Guide on our website.
Are your products safe to take with medicine prescribed by my doctor?
Yes, it is recommended that you take our products at least 1 hour before taking your medication so the minerals can be fully assimilated. All of our products are made with herbs and minerals; you will not experience side effects.
What products do you have for pregnant women/women breast feeding?
Our Dr. Sebi Seamoss is safe for pregnant women/women breastfeeding and can be taken in place of prenatal vitamins.
What products do you have for children?
Kidmoss is the only product we offer that is formulated specifically for children of all ages, including infants. For babies/kids (all ages) capsules can be opened and poured into food or drink. Limit 1 capsule per day. Dr. Sebi Seamoss Plus is NOT safe for children.
The website won't let me purchase the Detox/Fat Burner capsules.
The Detox and Fat Burner capsules are not sold individually. They may only be purchased in one of our custom packages (Detox, Weight Loss or Therapeutic) to ensure you achieve the desired results.
I want to try your products but not sure what I need.
Our Dr. Sebi Seamoss is good for everyone and can be considered a replacement for generic Daily Vitamins. For product recommendations specific to your health goals, please contact us via email.
I want to become a vegan/vegetarian.

How long is shipping?
Up to 10 business days (or longer depending on product availability). Business days are Monday-Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Express shipping is not currently available. Packages are shipped via USPS. You will be provided a tracking number once your order ships. If 10 business has exceeded and we have not contacted you with an update on your order, you may contact us via email to inquire: dietaryresolutions@gmail.com - Please be sure to provide us with your order number.
Do you ship locally and internationally?
Yes, in the U.S. shipping is $13. International shipping is $43. We ship to all countries, worldwide. Please refer to our Shipping Policy on our Home page for more information.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Discounted promotional orders are final sale and not eligible for partial credits or adjustments.
