FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do your products expire?

No, our products have no expiration date. They can be kept room temperature. Do not refrigerate. 

Can I take all your products at the same time?

 

Yes. You can take all of our products - Dr. Sebi Seamoss, Male Balance, Detox, Fat Burner, Bitters, etc. all at once; Anytime of the day, with or without food. Dr. Sebi Seamoss gives you energy so we suggest you only take it in the morning.

I have a difficult time swallowing pills.

You may open the capsules and pour the contents into food or water.

Are your products safe to take with medicine prescribed by my doctor?

Yes, all of our products are made with herbs and minerals which means you don't have to worry about side effects.  However, clients take our products as an alternative to western medicine so over time you may slowly eliminate medicine prescribed by your physician.

What products do you have for pregnant women/women breast feeding?

 

Our Dr. Sebi Seamoss is safe for pregnant women/women breastfeeding and can be taken in place of prenatal vitamins.

What products do you have for children?

 

Dr. Sebi Seamoss is the only product we carry that is safe for children of all ages, including infants to take. For babies/kids (all ages) capsules can be opened and poured into food or drink, only one capsule is necessary. Seamoss Plus however is NOT safe for children. 

The website won't let me purchase the Detox/Fat Burner capsules.

The Detox and Fat Burner capsules are not sold individually. They may only be purchased in one of our custom packages (Detox, Weight Loss or Therapeutic) to ensure you achieve the desired results.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit/Debit cards/Apple Pay.

What is the Weight Loss Challenge?

You can lose 5-25 pounds in 1 month or less with our Weight Loss Package. We suggest eating only salad, water and fruit for 7 days to see faster results. Please refer to our Eating Guide for more information. Drink 1 gallon of water per day. 

Can I take 2 Dr. Sebi Seamoss capsules?

Our Dr. Sebi Seamoss gives you a lot of energy, we suggest that you don’t take more than 2 a day. 

How do I Detox naturally?

We recommend you fast for seven days while taking the Detox Package. We suggest you eat only salad, water and fruit for 7 days. For the best results you can purchase any of our Detox Packages on the Shop page.  Please refer to our Eating Guide. Drink 1 gallon of water per day. 


Avoid alcohol & tobacco use during the detox process.

Is there Biotin in the Hair, Skin & Nails?

 

No, all products are made with herbs and minerals.

How do I take your products?

 

Follow the instructions on the bottle/website. Take 1 capsule (daily) anytime of the day, be advised Dr. Sebi Seamoss gives you energy so you may not want to take at night. You may take with or without food.

Do you ship locally and internationally?

Yes, in the U.S. shipping is $10. International shipping is $40. We ship to all countries, worldwide.

I sent an email and have not received a response.

1. Due to the overwhelming request for products, inquiries and order requests will be answered within 2-7 business days. Please wait until the 7th business day waiting period has passed before sending a duplicate email.

How many pills come in a bottle?

30 or 40 capsules (Varies per product). Take 1 per day. If you are taking multiple products - Dr. Sebi Seamoss, Detox, Fat Burner, etc. they can all be taken together. Take anytime of the day, be advised Dr. Sebi Seamoss gives you energy so you may not want to take at night. You may take with or without food.

What should I eat to stay healthy?

 

Stay away from processed food, soy, and hybrid foods. Drink plenty of Spring water. Please refer to the Eating Guide on our website.

I have a shipping inquiry about an online order.

 

A shipping estimate is provided during the checkout process and after your order is confirmed.


As stated on your order confirmation and the shipping policy on our website, shipping takes up to 15 business days. Business days is Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays excluded. 


Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. (We cannot provide updates prior to receiving your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number your order has not shipped, your mailing address is invalid or your email address was spelled incorrectly.)


You may contact our shipping department via email: dietaryresolutions@gmail.com to update your mailing address or if 15 business days has exceeded and you have not received your package. 


We respectfully request that you only submit 1 email and allow up to 5 business days for a response. If you have not received a response after 7 business days you may email our staff for further assistance: info@dietaryresolutions.com


Products purchased online cannot be picked up in-person or with our consultants. For faster shipping options or local pickup options you may contact our consultants for assistance. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping. 


How long is shipping?

Up to 15 business days (or longer depending on product availability). Business days are Monday-Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Express shipping not available. Packages are shipped via USPS. You will be provided a tracking number once your order ships. If 15 business has exceeded and we have not contacted you with an update on your order, you may contact us via email to inquire: dietaryresolutions@gmail.com - Please be sure to provide us with your order number.


Please do not inquire about your order via social media, you will be directed to send an email. 


 USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office. 

I want to try your products but not sure what I need.

Our Dr. Sebi Seamoss is good for everyone and can be considered a replacement for generic Daily Vitamins. For product recommendations specific to your health goals, please contact us via email.

How soon will I see results?

Within 24-48 hours. You must change your diet to achieve desired results. We suggest eating salad, water, fruit for 7 days especially if you are detoxing.

Do I need to eat healthy while taking your products?

For the best results, we recommend eating on a plant-based diet.  If you have a specific illness or weight loss goals to achieve,  you must follow our Eating Guide to achieve the desired results.


Avoid: Dairy, eggs, coffee, meat, fast food, hybrid foods.

No, all of our products are made with herbs and minerals.

Do you have a store where I can purchase products?

We have a store in Los Angeles & Las Vegas. Please send an email to schedule an appointment.

You may also contact one of our consultants to pickup products locally. All info is on the Home page. 

Your products are always out of stock.

 

To ensure our clients receive their packages on time we limit the amount of orders we accept on a daily basis. If you are trying to purchase a product that is out of stock, there is no need to place an inquiry; Please wait until inventory is replenished. 


Under every product on the Shop page you will see a note directing you to the Home page to read the section titled Updates. There you will find all available information regarding inventory. 


Due to the high demand for products like Dr. Sebi Seamoss & Male Balance we consistently sell out fast via the Shop page but you are welcome to purchase products from our consultants.

What is your return policy?

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDIT GIVEN ON SHIPPED PRODUCTS DUE TO THE PRODUCTS BEING CONSIDERED FOOD. 


SHIPPING ERRORS:  

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us via email within 5 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you in reviewing the case. If approved, we will replace the items based on inventory. Please do not return products before contacting us. Once your issue is reviewed by our shipping department, we will contact you with further instructions. We reserve the right to deny any return request.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Your products don’t have descriptions.

To prevent our clients from purchasing the wrong products, we have removed all product descriptions. Please place an inquiry to let us know what results you are looking for with our product and we can recommend the correct products.

Certain products show you're out of stock.

Please refer to the Home page for all inventory updates. We respectfully request that clients not contact us via social media regarding inventory. For more information please contact us via email.

I want to become a vegan/vegetarian.
